Organizational justice, job satisfaction and culture: A meta-analysis

چکیده
This is a meta-analysis addressing the effect of national culture on relationship between organizational justice (procedural justice, interactional and distributive justice) job satisfaction. Specifically, author examined moderating effects three cultural dimensions according to GLOBE model including: power distance, assertiveness uncertainty avoidance. Meta-analytic findings were summarized using data from 261 unique samples 50 distinct countries regions. Results showed that relationships procedural satisfaction stronger in valued high or In addition, distance positively moderated – relationship. The suggest plays an important role among because it barely affected by culture. It also suggested pay should be considered as highly prioritized issue within organizations.
